About Brad…
Brad Roche has been a top producer for over 30 years in the mortgage business and is still actively producing a high-powered team in the Charlotte, North Carolina region.
He has over 15 years’ experience as a dynamic national sales trainer, speaker and coach in the mortgage industry focusing on 3 stages of marketing that highlight the client’s experience and cross-selling platform. He shares many tactics and scripts that allow him to generate over 150 leads per month with an average of 90% from referrals. He was a producer in Michigan the first 17 years of his career and then moved to Charlotte and quickly closed more than 170 units, his first year, in 2010 being new to the area and market.
Starting his coaching career for 10 years working closely with The Core Training and Rick Ruby as a Senior Coach and voted coach of the year during his tender with the company, Brad learned and mastered coaching top producers. The latter part of his time with The Core Training he coached the coaches for approximately 2 years.
Brad has since developed his marketing portfolio and process into a turnkey system and now personally coaches select students in his program. Brad has three best-selling books on Amazon. The most recent one is Mortgage Storm where he collaborated with over 15 top producers including well know Barry Habib producer with MBS Highway.
